Coriander Chutney:
l cup firmly packed coriander leaves
5 spring onions
3 fresh green chillies
l clove garlic, optional
l teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar
l teaspoon curry powder
1 cup lemon juice
2 Tablespoons water
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend to a smooth paste.
Serve with rice cakes, Indian bread or rice.
