Peach Liqueur II:
9 small Peaches
1 Fifth 80-Proof Vodka
1 cup Sugar Syrup

Peel the peaches and cut them into small pieces (discard skin & pits). Put the peaches in a large jar with the vodka and steep for one week. Occasionally shake the jar.

Strain through a wire strainer, pressing out remaining liquid from the pulp. Also, wring the pulp through cheesecloth to remove further liquid. Add the sugar syrup and then run through cheesecloth.
